Comprising around 50 members, ranging in age from 12 to 40 years old, this exceptional group of athletes embodies the spirit of karate in every sense.

Our team is no stranger to hard work and determination. Throughout the year, we organize approximately 10 training sessions, each meticulously designed to hone the skills and techniques that make our athletes among the best in the world. These sessions not only focus on the physical aspects of karate but also instill invaluable life lessons in discipline, respect, and self-improvement.

Behind every great team are exceptional coaches, and ours are second to none. With two coaches dedicated to kata and two to kumite, our team benefits from a wealth of experience and expertise. Their mentorship and guidance have been instrumental in shaping our athletes into champions.

A successful team also requires effective management, and our team is fortunate to have an outstanding team manager who ensures that everything runs smoothly, both on and off the mat. Their dedication ensures that our athletes can focus solely on their training and competitions.
Recruitment and Excellence
But how does our team maintain its high standards year after year? We have a rigorous process in place. Once a year, clubs across the country are invited to introduce potential candidates to our team, who are then assessed by our coaches. Additionally, our coaches actively seek out promising talent throughout the year. This commitment to recruiting and nurturing talent ensures that we always have a pool of dedicated athletes ready to represent our nation.
A Legacy of Success
Our national karate team is not just about training; it's about competing at the highest levels. We proudly participate in international competitions 2-3 times a year, consistently bringing home medals that make our nation proud. Moreover, we eagerly await the European and World Championships whenever they take place, and our team's presence on the podium has become a tradition.
